Shipping
Your order will be shipped via a logistics partner and is free of shipping costs for orders over 150 euros. For orders under 150 euros, shipping costs of 8 euros will be charged.
The delivery time is usually up to 4 working days.
Returns
We grant a 14-day right of return for your order. Please inform us in writing of the reason for your return. If the return is made within the 14-day period, you can return the order free of charge. For returns after this period, we will charge 9 euros shipping costs per package. If goods from the order are damaged or the order is incomplete, please also contact us.

Payments
Payment in the foodora eShop is made on account including VAT. Your order will appear on your personal foodora invoice, which you will receive from us every two weeks. It is therefore not necessary to enter any further payment details - paying has never been so easy!
